FESPA 2009

Grapo Technologies would like to invite you and your colleagues to Fespa Digital  in Amsterdam. It will be the first time Grapo presents the newly developed Manta White. includes a White Ink Option that can be added at the factory or in the field. The White Ink Option enables under-printing on non-white media or objects, over-printing for backlit applications on transparent media and printing white as a spot color. Under-printing white ink provides a base for non-white surfaces upon which color can be added, giving users the ability to expand their range of offerings to include specialty applications. Over-printing white ink provides a diffusion layer for backlit applications that will be viewed from the unprinted side, enabling users to produce high quality backlit images for point-of-purchase applications. The ability to also print white ink as a spot color enables white features of images to be highlighted for greater effect.
Also we will be showing our former addition to the line of products, SHARK.This High-end level UV printer is the answer for the evergrowing demand for the UV printing technology. Using Xaar technology with Greyscale variable dropsize and long term experience of our Research and  development team, we managed to accomplish a UV printer with technical specifications such as  printspeed at 225m2 per hour at a quality of 960dpi. Since the first SHARK presentation at Viscom Milano 2008 Grapo oragnized a number of in-house presentations for international potencial clients. We have also held Grapo's Distributors Meeting recently, where we discussed the future business plans. One point of the meeting covered Grapo's marketing strategy for year 2009. As a result of this gathering Grapo now has a comprehensive plan of exhibitons in Europe and in the USA where we'll be presenting our products for the first time. Our first exhibiton is Reklama Polygraf Prague on 31.3.09 held with cooperation with Spandex .

You could see Grapo, together with our partner company GOP Tech, at Viscom Frankfurt 2008. We were presenting our large format UV printers, Grapo Octopus II and Grapo Manta at Hall 3.0 at the booth no. J11.

Viscom Sign Spain ( 16 - 18 October 2008 )

Grapo printers were presented at Sign Espana exhibition that took place in Madrid on the 16th -18th October 2008. Our distributor L.i.distribuciones ( hall no. 12, stand 036 ) presented Grapo printer Octopus II in original design, whereas our OEM partner Bedigital ( parque Ferial Juan Carlos I - pabellón 12 stands - 092 and 095 ) presented Octopus II as PUV2050. The latest achievements and developments were brought to your attention.

Workshop in Bratislava

On 30th September Grapo s.r.o. together with their new distributor Multiexpo s.r.o. organized a 1 day workshop. It was held at hotel BonBon in Bratislava in Slovakia. The main programme was to present Grapo universal UV printer Octopus II KM8/720UV and also new printable media for professional print and advertising studios. It was an ideal opportunity to show all the possibilities of the Grapo UV printer. The visitors were interested both in printing on standard materials ( banner, PVC ) and also printing on the desk materials such as plastics, sandwich materials, kappa, plexiglass, glass, mirror etc.
The visitors could see all the advantages that Grapo UV technology offers.
Also the presentation of finishing equipment used in printing industry was introduced as a part of the workshop. Multiexpo also introduced the latest technologies in the car labelling design.

Print and Cut

As a part of an exclusive offer PRINT and CUT, Grapo started new cooperation with AG/CAD ltd, the producer of the Kasemake - cutting tables, which can be used for cutting to currugated cardboard, PVC, polypropylen up to 15 mm thickness. Cutting, creasing and scoring capabilities make the table ideal for presentation applications, displays and box prototypes.

Euro Reklama in Poznan

Grapo was presented at Euro Reklama exhibition on 12.3 -14.3.2008 in Poznan,Poland.We exhibited Grapo MANTA KM8/720UV at stand of DM System, who became new distributor of Grapo printers in Poland.

Grapo and Mekora Hungary
